TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS
1. Minimum Trainees: A minimum number of trainees is required for each training session, as specified in the agreement between Kavach Tactical Combat System (K-TAC) and the client.
2. Training Location: The client is responsible for providing a suitable training location that meets the safety and logistical requirements specified by K-TAC.
3. Training Equipment: K-TAC will provide all necessary training equipment, excluding live or real weapons, which must be sourced by the client according to legal regulations.
4. Remote Training Locations: In cases where training is conducted at remote locations, the client is responsible for providing accommodation and food for K-TAC instructors during the training period.
5. Duration of Training: The duration of each training session will be agreed upon between K-TAC and the client before the commencement of the training program.
6. Payment Terms: Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in the agreement between K-TAC and the client, including any deposit requirements and invoicing procedures.
7. Training Schedule: A mutually agreed training schedule will be established between K-TAC and the client, taking into consideration the availability of both parties.
8. Training Curriculum: The training curriculum and content will be determined by K-TAC based on the specific requirements and objectives outlined by the client.
9. Instructor Qualifications: K-TAC instructors are highly qualified and experienced professionals with expertise in tactical combat and self-defense training.
10. Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all trainees during the training sessions, including adhering to any safety guidelines provided by K-TAC.
11. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the training sessions and not to disclose it to third parties without prior consent.
12. Insurance: The client is required to have appropriate insurance coverage for all trainees participating in the training program, including liability insurance.
13. Changes and Cancellations: Any changes to the training schedule or cancellations must be communicated in writing and agreed upon by both parties in advance.
14. Force Majeure: K-TAC shall not be liable for any delays or failures to perform its obligations under the agreement due to circumstances beyond its control, such as acts of nature, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
15. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which K-TAC is based.
